Some of it is guess work, but I've used as much reference as I can. All of the pieces have been tested in Cura to make sure they slice properly. After some adjustments, everything is now working as it should! File sizes are big due to sculpting The Faceplate had to be split into 3 pieces, due to file size limit. Feel free to rejoin 001-A and 001-B in Meshmixer for printing Any issues, please let me know! I'll be happy to try and help. ** UPDATE: 07/01/2020: ** I have made a new faceplate, which improves several cosmetic details, aswell as supplying a new and improved connection piece which was long overdue. I have also, as a direct result of that, uploaded a new Under Nose Cover, which connects to the Faceplate similarly to the old way, but with a bigger connection point, which should be more sturdy. Additional geometry on the faceplate should also allow for better overall connection of the nose under piece. The sculpted details (cracks) in this faceplate have been removed, which allows the faceplate to once again be uploaded in one big piece. The cracks can easily be added using a dremel, using the metallic tab details as a guide. The new pieces are as follows: - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2.stl - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-Nose-Plate-Under-V2.stl there are also a couple of variations for the faceplate to allow for printing in two or four pieces. These are: - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2-A.stl - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2-B.stl - Kylo-Ren-Helmet-IX-Faceplate-V2-Resin A-D The four pieces should just about squeeze onto a resin printer, hence the name.
