This is one of my first models of a lightsaber keychain. I've made a few different variations of the design but this seems to be the best. It is not an exact design. There were a few variations. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: High (0.1mm) Infill: 15% Notes: If printing vertically: It doesn't necessarily need supports. Without them, the handle will be much clearer, but the exhaust limbs on the side won't look as nice. With supports, it will take lots of cleaning and will look quite messy. Print with key loop facing up. If printing horizontally: No supports should be needed but some detail may be lost to the raft function. How I Designed This To design this, I used Inventor 2016 Professional. Basically it was just going layer by layer using very simple tools such as extrusions, lofts, and offset planes.
