Hello, I received as a gift a Pure Ten Alpha rc car with nitro engine. Something about 22 years old. I just played it twice in a parking station and then i decided to try it on an offroad circuit. The car was completely unsuable, even in rally setup up mode. I than decided to design and print enough components to make the macine compatible with an offroad circuit. You will finally find all the parts needed to play the car in an offroad circuit. All I bought to complete my project are the components below, mostly from Aliexpress or available in any modelism shop: - Shock absorber (2x 96mm rear and 2x 85m front with oil) - Buggy Wheels (87X40mm rear and 87x32mm front) for 1/10 car (1/8 car's wheel are too heavy) - Kyosho DBX 20 1/10 Body Shell - 4x87mm metal dogbone (you'll find one to print if you just want to test :D) Thank you to @Lugnut_91 for the 1/8 scale buggy wing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1165090) , readapt for the occasion. I design the front and rear rod into two versions, the fixed one and the PushPull one. The PushPull must be mounted together with a threaded rod M3 (see photo attached). With the pushpull version wou'll be able to adjust better the wheels angle. About material I used almoust all availble on market, from PLA, to PLA PRO, to PETG to ABS. Better is ABS but also PLA will be enough to give you fun. You can try to print the arms it in vertical position as it will give you strongest component on front impact. For fron impact you can either use the original bumper from the road version, since it wull give you much more protection. Shock absorber and rod can be print laying on the bed as it will be give you the best performance. Front and Rear arm are the same for left or right. So just print is twice and you'll get what you need. Same thing for the rod. Front is the same for left and right and Rear is the same for left or right. Pay only attention on Front and Rear. You'll find an F for Front parts and an R for Rear parts. PushPull rods are the same stl file for front, rear, left and right. The only PushPull rod different is the one designed for the stearing which have a bigger and different designed holes. To fix all the parts I used M3 screws self-locking bolts, the most common on modellism. Hope you'll enjoy the transformation as I did and please feel free to contact me for any further information or suggestion or whatever you need. Have fun!!!!!! https://youtu.be/d0UTyxxQv-g
