Kyosho Ultima ST/RB Racing Sports GP RS-147 spur gear

This is a stock width Ultima ST/RB GP spur gear. This part is discontinued from Kyosho and very hard and expensive to get if you find one for sale. This part is completely stock, i just made it more print friendly from the back side, so minimal supports are required. This is designed for 1mm thick slipper pads. You can make those pads easily from car gasket material mat. Gear is stock 53T mod 1.0 gear, this _should_ be durable, even when printed with our FDM printers, because it is a big teethed Kyosho gear. I still recommend this to be printed with Nylon CF. If thats not available, then CF PLA, or just a PLA. The prototype in the last pic was printed with PETG. If you want to get the best durability for this gear, consider using your local SLS 3D print services. Update 20.3.2020! I have added the non-print friendly version of the gear to thing files.
