This design utilizes a "grip bar" to ensure the wires do not move and work themselves out of the RAMPS board (this one is the Hictop AS1552 board, but it might work with yours as well). Print Settings Printer: Hictop Prusa i3 Aluminium Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 Post-Printing What you need: 19x 3M 12mm Bolts Optional Fan Speed Control: The fan here does not require full power, but when it runs at full power it can get loud. So if you add approximately 150-50ohms of resistance for my fan (12v 0.1amps) to drop the voltage to 5-9v depending on what you want. BE CAREFUL THOUGH!!! Most common place resistors only have a 0.25 Watt rating so you and you will need 0.5-1 Watt-rated resistance so, for example, if you want 100 Ohms use two 200 Ohm resistors in parallel to get 100 Ohms total split across two 0.25 Watt (0.5 Watt total) rated resistors. Use this site to do the calculations for you. http://www.blackfiveservices.co.uk/fanspeedcalc.php?Voltage=12&Current=0.1&Target=6
