Design took couple weeks to resolve all the issues while printing. The original size for 2x2 is 220x220x222.5 mm. The original size for 2x1 is 110x220x222.5 mm. You should be able to print the model without any problem with the settings I provided :) The downloadable files for these models are for personal use only. If you don't want to read, here is a video: https://youtu.be/Y54NfjoCQK8 The model has built-in supports for better bridge print. You can remove them afterwards very easily! SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO REMOVE THE BUILT-IN SUPPORTS: The supports inside the drawer must be collapsed first. Then bump the drawer from the bottom with a Ruler in order to break the bonding between drawer skids and outer shell. After making sure you removed all bonding between drawer and outer shell, try to pull the drawer outside. If it is not coming, you couldn't push the ruler all the way, you need to push the ruler all the way and try again! Lastly, you can remove the bottom supports at the bottom L-E-G-O part with a Flush Cutter very easily :) Print settings: - Supports: NO - Nozzle: 0.4 mm - Layer height: 0.2 mm - Speed: Normal (Bambu Lab X1-Carbon) - Slow down for overhangs: False - Bridge speed: 100 mm/s - Bridge direction: 180 degrees - Wall loops: 2 - Top shell layers: 3 - Bottom shell layers: 2 - Infill rate: 5% - Infill type: Grid - Brim: Yes (inner brim only) - Brim width: 5 mm This print takes about 1 day and 1 spool to finish :) PLEASE NOTE: If you want to increase the Quality and Strength of the print, you can increase the infill rate but then 1 spool will not be sufficient! These settings should print you the model with NO Supports. There might be a few loose fibers under the drawer and L-E-G-O part, you can either leave as is or clean easily with Pliers & Utility knife if it is too bad ;)
