La Pavoni mil sleeve tool.

I designed this tool for removing and installing the plastic piston sleeve of the 2000 onward La Pavoni leaver espresso machine. It has worked well for me so hopefully it will help others. I have added a hole to insert a Phillips head screw driver if you need extra leverage but this feature is untested by me so be warned. Make sure you print this either solid or with a high wall count to the point where the teeth are solid in the layer preview.
