Lab style shaker for etching PCB A very simple shaker one speed, one motor, one switch. Etching of PCB's is not so difficult but when the PCB is laying in still etching liquid its hard to see if the copper is removed. It works a lot better if the etching liquid moves over the PCB and removing the copper in the process. So I made this shaker out of a old "rotating motor" from a vertical air ventilator. But a new 5/6 rpm motor cost less than € 2,00 in the big China store. To fit all size bowls a bowl fixplate is constructed wich can glued to the bottom of the bowl and than fits the rockplate. The bowl used in this project comes from a starterset of PCB etching from: https://www.reichelt.nl/nl/nl/starterset-voor-het-ontwikkelen-van-printplaten-entwicklungsset-p44573.html?PROVID=2809&gclid=CjwKCAjwoduRBhA4EiwACL5RP9RwId_PxNcdi_eH-KHGI4W6kyPdf6R8SGc1-oyRpFa6D82Ec1fw-hoCEH8QAvD_BwE Another option is to glue some anti-slip rubber on the rockplate. Most of the parts a printed in PETG, only the front and back panel are printed in PLA To colour the text on the front change the filament (colour) after the third layer and finish the print. Layer : 0,2mm for front and rotating arm 0,3mm is good for all other parts and speeds up the time. Nozzle : 0,4mm Hardware: 220V 5/6 rpm electromotor link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000570152485.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2nld 9x M3 12mm screws (front/back and rock arm) 7x M3 8mm screws (cable clamp, hinge and rock arm motor side) 4x M3 nuts (Hinge blocks) 1x M2,5 20mm screw (rotating arm on motor, depending ax hole motor)  4x M3 washers (rock arm) 1 Switch on/off 1 power cable 2x ball bearings nr. 624ZZ (4x13x5mm) 2x rod 4x20m
