I got fed up with having to keep swapping labels on the spool so took some measurements and came up with this. Remove support from spindle and glue cone end of spindle to left plate. Carefully remove support from right plate between collar and spring fingers. Sorry, just noticed the right plate was unfinished. New .stl uploaded.
