Having just received my Mini after a few prints of PLA the smell was annoying, wanting to eventually print ASA and ABS I knew the enclosure needed air filtration.

This didn't seem to classify as a remix, but I did take the idea and reversed the filtrations steps.
HEPA filter for Pros Enclosure V2.
https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/22068

I set the HEPA filter first, ducts run a minimum length of 7 in. to hold the carbon pellets which then flows to both exhaust fans.

Additionally for the small gaps between plexiglass and table base and top I trimmed some thin weatherstrip designed for windows to seal.

Enclosed and in my bedroom I smell absolutely nothing!!

**After publishing I noticed the file did not have a cutout for the tray, deleted the bad file and updated, sorry.

Print instructions

This is my first model design and print, I skipped some proper formatting and design steps in Fusion so I uploaded the STEP files for easy modifications.

I revised the base of this print since the model in the photos (lowering the neck of the base by 40mm and extending the duct from the head piece to 80mm). The separate files have have the 40mm & 80mm ducts, you can take your pick of which to print or multiples.

Models titled "Head, Neck and Shoulder" are glued, once the screen is installed into the tray, the carbon pellets are filled through the filter opening. I had to add a small support arm with double sided tape to the back leg in order to hold the head as it was just a little lopsided by weight.

Fans are noisy at 24v, powered through a buck converter to 11v and switches are in series for either single or dual fans.

I substituted a small mesh screen repair kit from local hardware store, it was a 3pk each sheet big enough for two cut pieces.

I stayed away from having to order assembly hardware and only used 4 magnets ( which were ordered for enclosure handles), all pieces are designed for glue or press fit.

8x3 Magnets
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B3SDRCP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Materials to order based on the original print design:
Activated Filter Carbon Pellets:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000YIWT20/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=tv-auto-20

Roomba HEPA filters:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K7DMEJ0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=tv-auto-20

70mm 24V fan:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K2W6SVN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=tv-auto-20
