You need an M4 threaded rod or 4mm shaft (about 600mm long) to give the sword the resistance it needs. I'm going to test print it this week but it shouldn't have any problems. You need a 160mm z height and about 200g of filament. Print Blade 4 without support. Update 08/04 Edited Blade 1, now fits better into thick trim file. Edited Thick Trim, optimized offset with handle Edited blade detail, now fits perfectly with Thick Trim but needs to be mirrored in the slicer Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 or .3 for blade Infill: at least 15% Post-Printing Sanding and glue is required Insert the M4 rod or shaft, add some epoxy glue in all the contact points. When its dry, sand the piece and then you can prime and print it.
