Lamp Hinge

Mom broke her needle work lamp. I decided to see if it could be repaired. I did repair the broken part with just some super glue and a bolt. But I thought maybe I could make it work better for the way she uses it. This was my solution. The small tube is 19mm. The Large tube is 25mm. The through bolt is a 5/16ths x 4.5in Stove Bolt. The Screws are #6 x 1in sheet metal screws.
