This is a replacement for the standard nut found on top of many European desk lamps, which utilizes a metric M10x1.0 thread for its shank. These nuts frequently wear down completely on otherwise fully functional desk lamps after 30+ years of use. Printing this nut at 0.1mm layer heights in PETG results in an accurate and precise thread.
