LED lamp with timer, built on a China made powerbank. Parts : L7135 , AMC7135 , 6mm 12mm long switch with cap, MOSFETs, straw hat LED 8mm white, power bank, PCB 5x7cm etc. : Aliexpress 22mm reflector (https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1313&_nkw=22mm+led+reflector&_sacat=0) Timer : To drive the L7135 a PMOS driver is used. The 10uF timing capacitor is charged via the tactile switch and keeps the PMOS open for about 1 minute. This pulls the Vcc up of three parallel connected L7135 chips (1.05A current) to drive the LED bank.To turn on the reflector or dim the LED bank a NMOS switch is used. Timing is determined by the 10uF capacitor and the parallel 10Mohm resistor and can be shortened (R=2.2Mohm) or lengthened (C=47uF). How to build : 3D Print the case. Cut the 5x7cm PCB in half and push all LEDs in it. Use the case for positioning. Bend the pins, solder them flat in the PCB. Use a copper strip for cooling the L7135s. When ready and working, use contact glue to attach the frame to the powerbank. Some switch caps require to drill the cap hole to 7mm. Drill two holes 1.5mm in the powerbank case and pull a string in. Buttons are recessed so turning it on by accident in a backpack is not a possibility. Schematics PDF. The version with separate reflector has the NMOS driver connected to the reflector LED (1W) and the resistor in series is 2.2 ohm.
