### Why another shellshock shell design? Original design by ExoticVoid comes out a little thin on the outer diameter, and too tall on the height of the divot, both were causing feeding issues bad enough to forcibly eject the magazine in my shellshock. ### a little backstory / explanation of files I had previously spent a few days designing a shell for it, before realizing there was this design available, and that original design shared part of EV's flaws. I've refined my design using EV's as inspiration, and have made a fully functional shell for half length/short/stefan darts and original lanard darts, and an experimental shell that technically can fit full length darts and will fit in the magazine. And once again I have refined that design to fix a few minor geometry problems, and now accommodate up to shorter full length darts, such as the buzz bee long distance darts. Nerf Elite and Wafflehead darts do not work, and I am now convinced that without modifying the magazine itself, simply will never fit. E-Kind sticky darts will fit and feed, but the dart's head will nearly always get caugt on the top of the magazine, necessitating user intervention to reorient it properly. I'm including 3 files of this newest design, with barrel diameter of 13mm, 12.9mm and 12.8mm. For a stock Shellshock, the 13mm is recommended, as good half darts will struggle to fire from the 12.8mm shell. However, worn "full length" darts i have found are often loose in the 13mm shell, and if they fall forward in the magazine that would likely cause an annoying jam. Not that you should be using full darts with this thing, honestly. ### In-depth discussion of design The change between the HO/FC files and the final revision is mainly the reducing of height of the rear divot, which allowed for a bit more room for the barrel, and moving the barrel right above the divot. 1.4 is the current final version's height, though 1.2 works with very slight friction issues int he magazine. 1.0 was tested and had significant feeding issues, and didn't solve any issues with the sticky darts and 1.4 These files are designed for .2mm layers, I don't know how they will come out at thicker layer heights, I imagine not well. Here's the tinkerCAD project I used to design this, you should be able to tinker with it if you wanted to change anything, though I think the final revision in the three barrel diameters provided cover any bases you might want: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/8IaTSABIZ8p-shellshock-x-6-shell ### old info, badly written, frankly just use the final revision The HO file, Half Only, works very well, ~~and I'm 90% sure the issues with feeding from the magazine that remain are the fault of my poor performing magazine, not the shells themselves.~~ Reducing height of divot (particularly to 1.4mm) made shells feed significantly better. Shells still don't eject on a new prime stroke consistently, however. The FC file is different in its internal diameter (12.8mm vs 13mm), how deep the barrel inside goes (all the portion that isnt barrel is only the bottom 0.6mm), and the depth of the rear divot. (it is less deep). This is all changed to accommodate full length darts in the magazine, but ends up causing a lot of friction on that expanded divot. with a smaller diameter printer nozzle, it might be possible to print that wall thinner. Additionally, the FC file is really only recommended for worn out darts, or for a shellshock with an upgraded spring. Marked as WIP ~~for the FC files, but also because I still need to tinker with the depth of the divot on the HO files to see if that will aid in their feeding from the magazine~~ only because im testing out the internal barrel diameter on the "Final" files
