I wanted to install a GPS equipped stereo in my Land Rover Discovery 1, I also didn't want to cut any dash parts to make it fit. I installed the stereo by using the original stereo steel frame and extended it with some steel plates and rivets. This allows the stereo to protrude from the dash with enough clearance. The 3d print component just makes it all look a lot tidier. The stereo that I used is just a generic Android unit purchased cheaply off eBay. I originally printed this from PLA, but a hot summer day made it deform. Now printed with PETG and it seems much better. Holes are smaller than the screws so I could drill them out in the right size. You can change these in the Freecad file if needed. I believe this also would fit a disco 2? If you print this, I'd love to see and hear how it went :)
