Edit: The V2 file allows the removal of the underlying metal/plastic frame, for a lower profile cover. The underlying frame is attached with two screws that are diagonal. The original cover and the frame can be discarded (or placed in storage). The V2 cover replaces both the cover and the frame. --- It's been 11 years since we got rid of our landline, and I got tired of looking at the old connector plate. Apparently, no one sells a blank to fit. If you are going to print this, check the mount under the old connector plate first. You may need to take a millimeter or so off the inside dimensions, depending on what they used.
