Laos 3 Headed Elephant

A friend/coworker wanted a 3 headed elephant figurine.
I found a 4 headed set by Spizmar on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3807544)
So using it as a model, I created a 3 headed version. I do not consider it a remix as I did not use any files provided by Spizmar, but want to give them credit for the inspiration.
I believe Spizmar likely used the elephant provided by YahooJAPAN (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:182136) and went from there. This figurine is a remix of YahooJAPAN's elephant.

Posting to share with everyone.

Author: Dan Ernst
daniel@ernstco.us
CC Public Domain

Instructions:
1) If you want to generate the full model, enable fullModel() by removing the asterisk. However, I would generate the four following pieces separately to print
2) Otherwise enable each part in turn by removing the asterisk in front of laosThreeHeadedElephant(), base(), parasol() and pole(), rendering and saving each to stl.
3) Or just use the enclosed stl files.
4) To generate the ElephantHead.stl uncomment genElephantHead(), render and save it off as ElephantHead.stl. You should not need to use this unless you want to modify the design.
5) You will need support to print out the laosThreeHeadedElephant.
6) I scaled my prints by 160% to generate about a 3" high three headed elephant in the slicer

Print instructions

Unassociated tags: 3 Headed Elephant
Category: Sculptures
