This is a fully functional lapidary saw box with removable tray, splash guard and X and Y axis movable clamp for holding very small pieces of stone. Of course there is no shaft, blade or motor.

Print instructions

The tool is made of a main box 170 x 160 x 82.5 (l x w x h) that holds a small amount of water to cool the diamond blade. On the sides of the box there is space for a 20mm shaft to pass through. The saw table fits onto the box allowing the blade to pass through it. The splash guard is mounted on the back and does a good job of minimizing the amount of water that is lost from the spinning blade. If you want to print this please send me a message there are a lot of separate files and I can suggest some edits. If you want the g-codes I have them but you may want to adjust the dimensions on the components for your saw. This was built in Tinkercad.
