I added 5.5mm to cheewee200's file which was originally for a retina MBP. This now suits a non retina MBP perfectly. Enjoy. I got a little warping due to the length of the print. Laid on edge so cavities were upward so no supports were needed. Print Settings Printer: Cocoon Create Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100%
