Large Rotary Photography Stand

This is a large photography stand that I designed in order to facilitate taking multiple photos at regularly spaced angular intervals of large objects. This design layers of laser-cut flat sheets and a hundred steel ball bearings to create a large thrust bearing. A Nema-17 smoothly accelerates the stand to the next position and an Arduino handles the motor control and camera triggering.
