You may just pause printer on 3rd layer and replace "face" color filament with "body" color. I use black filament for face and white for case & digits body Two set of digits: Arial and Mistral font. Tick mark to replace digits if needed. All elements may be fixed on wall with double-sided adhesive tape. SketchUp source file is included
