Laser AA Battery Mount

This is a collection of parts aimed towards increasing the battery life of a handheld laser pointer. The laser pointer should have a diameter of about 10mm, and the batteries with a diameter of about 14mm. The original CAD files are provided for Solidworks 2016. The laser pointer needs jumper wire leads going from the inner workings of the laser pointer to the batteries. Aluminum foil was used to bridge the batteries and provide a larger contact area for the jumper wires to/from the laser. The battery configuration should be so that each battery is in series for a collective voltage of 4.5v. Connect positive to negative ends. The wire that connects to the inner spring is +Ve with the ground being the metal on the inner casing of the laser pointer. Connect with tape, glue or solder. If possible, print the threads of the central pin with a smaller layer height (with variable layers). Increased verticle resolution will help the nut travel smoothly.
