Laser Adapter for gMax Printer

This modified LED cover for a gMax v1.0 extruder holds an Arctic S3 laser from Wicked Lasers. Instructions No support is needed, but I suggest using a brim to print this model. The laser can be used with standard slicing software. The following settings will etch cardbard: etching speed = 5mm/s travel spped = 50mm/s nozzle width = 0.15mm layer height = 0.15mm Layer height cannot be greater than nozzle width You only want one slice in gcode, so object height should be arround 0.2mm. A Z-height of 25mm is the optimal focal length for this laser/lens. Generate your gcode first, and then manually edit the gcode to use the correct height setting. Find/Replace all "G1 Z0.1500" command with "G1 Z25".
