If you want to use a green laser with your telescope as a pointer, but the one you have doesn't come equipped with an on/off button, consider utilizing this design or resizing it to fit yours. This modification requires only a thumbscrew to permanently switch the device on and off. I opted for a M4 thumbscrew in my implementation.
