Laser Crosshair mount

Laser Crosshair mount

I have a CNC Router table which has a dust shoe attached. This made it hard to see the tip of the bit for setting up the start point for the cutting operation. I bought a small laser crosshair module and this is the mount I designed, the first one was a little tall so I modified the STL for a thinner base. Attaches are the 2 files and an image showing both. I had intended to had a screw and nut to be used to tighten the mount around the laser tube. It ended up very snug so to mount the laser tube used a flat bladed screwdriver to spread the mount when mounting the laser tube, the additional screw and nut were not needed. I bought the laser from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Focusable-650nm-Module-driver-Plastic/dp/B00S1EXW3Y/ref=pd_day0_hl_328_6?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00S1EXW3Y&pd_rd_r=bba8ddca-733f-11e8-83f9-01153357ec84&pd_rd_w=cQhQy&pd_rd_wg=QJ2Tm&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=4014010564823900592&pf_rd_r=5AK5FPP84E6CQVFJ9734&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=5AK5FPP84E6CQVFJ9734
