laser cut acrylic "Ice Sword"

This is a Corel X7 file. Instructions this was laser cut on a 2 by 3 ft 80 w laser. you can cut out the just the sword or there are files for a hilt and for the leather straps. the hilt is mdf with leather strips glued to it. to get the ice look you need to grind it with a grinder or sander.
