Laser Cut Acrylic Puzzle

The puzzle was generated using <a href="https://cdn.rawgit.com/Draradech/35d36347312ca6d0887aa7d55f366e30/raw/b04cf9cd63a59571910cb226226ce2b3ed46af46/jigsaw.html"> this website</a>. Much thanks to <a href="https://github.com/Draradech"> Draradech</a> for sharing the work they did online so we could have puzzle pieces/paths that are easy to work with! Deep engraving setting was used with top masked off (blue tape). Magnetic tape was cut and added to the back of each puzzle piece. Works just fine to put it together on a magnetic surface! 6" square piece of acrylic. Puzzle is 25 pieces. Rounded corners were done in Adobe Illustrator after releasing paths to find only the outer edge of the puzzle. I added a rounded edge square and merged the paths back together. The laser cutter used did not have any issues following the compound path. Puzzle pieces are a bit sharp on the edges. You can control for this somewhat with the settings in the online generator. STL file is just the place holder for Thingiverse upload - there is no 3D model associated with this project :) Please give attribution and link back to me online if you create something!
