Start by covering the material in masking tape to protect it from burn and vapor marks. Cut the parts and assemble the box using a bit of glue in the joints. IMPORTANT: Remember to put the lid and bottom plate in place before glueing both sides together. Also the lock is design to be pinch before closing and opening the lid and will therefor not withstand just forcing the lid down, this is partly because of the way that the lids hinges are designed.
