This Python script will let you generate arbitrary box partitions that you can then laser cut. Instructions Invoke like: $ python2 gen_partition.py 203 38 101 > out.svg The numbers are in order: inner width of the box (in mm) width of the flaps you want for gluing (in mm) height of the partition (in mm) (optional) arc width control angle Then laser cut the resulting svg. Pink lines should be done at a lesser power, and parallel with the corregations. Black lines are full power. (Note the render on thingiverse is cropped to a square, the actual file is wider than that and opens fine in InkScape.)
