I found it difficult to design a closed case for Raspberry Pi , considering there are plugs on three sides. The project will be more complicated when you need to add extension boards. So I try to keep things simple. It is an open design with 2 pieces of wood only. The case was tailor made to fit for my NanoSound DAC extension board. The covers are holding together by four 30mm nylon screws. Now the Raspberry Pi becomes a perfect audio player.
