Laser cutter EPI face shield One of the problems that people come across making face shields on a laser cutter is the amount of material that is wasted. With that in mind, I have developed this modular armature allowing to cut more pieces per sheet. To be used with 3mm (⅛ inches) acrylic or MDF. Please note that MDF can’t be sanitized and therefore is less recommended and discarded after each use. I hope this helps those with a laser cutter or a CNC to save material and to fast produce face shields for the covid19 protection needs around the globe. With love from Portugal
