Designed this little laser cut iPhone 4 case for a bit of fun. It cuts quick and doesn't take much material. If you get the kerf on your laser right it just clips on one piece at a time. I will add a blog on the making of this to www.sharemake.com. I also drew this up on a new FREE dxf creator DraftSight. Check it out... Instructions Cut out of any 3mm acrylic material. Clear is good as the flash back lights the acrylic and makes the edges glow!! This files cuts perfect on my 120W Origin Laser at laser power of 40% and a feed of 20mm/sec. You may have to have a play with the kerf size this until you achive a nice snap fit. Have fun!!
