Laser Cut Ornament Display Stand

Here is an Ornament Display stand that I made using my glowforge laser cutter. this design comes with slotted stands that are sized for 2 thicknesses of plywood: 0.13" (Glowforge medium Plywood) 0.23" (Glowforge Thick Plywood) This design uses an entire sheet of material incorporating even the factory/cut edges of your material into the design. You basically center this design onto a 12x20" sheet of material. If using a different size material or laser cutter, you would center the design on whatever you are using. if you are using a material thickness other than the above two thicknesses of plywood, the slots would then need to be adjusted. Because I am using the glowforge machine, not all of the material is viewable from the machine camera so centering the design is approximate. I like to make a pencil mark on the material where one corner of the design would be positioned. this helps when I load into the machine even if I can't see all the material. Hope you enjoy!
