Laser Cut Wooden Phone Cover

Laser Cut Wooden Phone Cover

thingiverse

I made this phone cover by laser cutting a piece of 3mm thick plywood. It works as a phone stand too. Originally , the distance of the cutting lines of the living hinge is 2mm, but it broke. I have revised it to 1mm , hoping it can be bended more easily. The buttons are installed with some skills I learned from leather works. I used 4 magic tapes to hold the phone and a sticker on the left to hold a card. I drew the picture on the phone cover by hand, not by laser engraving. (It’s too hard for me to draw the same through a computer.) The design can fit for 5” mobile phone. You can revise the location and size of the opening for the phone camera.
