Laser Engraver Hold Down by RebelTaz This is a simple hold down for a laser engraver to ensure that the engraver stays stationary in relation to the wasteboard. Very useful when using LAHobbyGuy's 400x400 grid :) These are designed for a befon laser engraver with an AtomStack L40 A5 Pro laser. your mileage may vary. This particular machine has a 5mm hole in each laeg already, so you simply slide a nut into the hold down, place it against the leg and thread an m5x12-ish screw into it. Then using #6 sheet rock screws at least 3/4" long, attach the hold down (and thereby the engraver) to your waste board. You really only need one sheet rock screw per hold down but I added two just for added stability if you want to use both. Also, you really only need two hold downs - diagonally from each other - but, some people say that more is better :)
