This is a Laser Fixture unit I designed to make tubing cutting an easy process. We just purchased a brand new Amada laser and I went to Chicago multiple times to find the golden goose, However it was not meant to be... Ownership opted not to purchase the rotary unit. Naturally the first big job we got was a giant tubing based unit that we need to utilize a tubing cutter....Anyone requiring a simple tube cutter to eliminate machining can use this for an alternative method.I have designed a simple drop and lock system that is based on a tube cutter that is based on the center of the tube. This design also is based on the 48" X 48" fixture to find the center point of the fixture center point defined as the center locator of the fixture cut as located in the file"_ASSY, FIXTURE WITH TRUNION REV 01.SLDDRW"I hope this can help another user design a work around for laser style machining...Good luck... And share back...Dick LoweVideo coming soon... Some are shut off by the companies I develop for for ND... Sorry about that... I've never signed those for open agreements...
