This is a tool I designed to facilitate changing the mirrors and lens on my CNC laser cutter. The tool diameter fits into the cylinder that the lens sits in, which helps keep it from touching the lens surface. It is also a good size to allow for precise positioning and turning. My system has different diameter retaining rings for the mirror and lens assemblies, with different configurations for the tooth engagement used. This tool can be modified in customizer for the exact diameter of your retaining ring and tooth configuration. Enjoy!
