Laser Rotary Clamp-In w/ Edge Guides

Laser Rotary Clamp-In w/ Edge Guides

cults3d

Inspired by a post from BALKHGAR, but went a slightly different direction. Designed to hold down tumblers to the laser rotary. Edit: Updated file with a longer reaching arm that seemed to solve any rollup on the back wheels. Also Beefed up the base' Dog ears and included a forward hole to insert a pin through to hold the swinging arm in the up position. Hardware you will need: -hardware knobs -3/4" Nylon Flat Shower Door Roller -aluminum tube style spacer -Small bolt that threads into Shower Door Roller, through spacer, and into tip of the printed arm. -Small bolt that acts as pivot pin between base and arm. -Moderate strength compressible type spring Note: I suggest that you print out the parts and take them to a hardware store. It will be easier to understand and acquire the few hardware pieces you need for this project. If you make this design, please post some "Make" photos. Thanks!
