Lasercut Deckbox with Living Hinge

This is a deckbox with living-hinge flap made out of 5mm birch plywood on the 60watt ULS laser at ATX Hackerspace. Fits 75+ sleeved Magic: The Gathering Cards Instructions Put some wood in the laser, load up the file and cut away, settings and other considerations will vary by machine/materials. On the 60 watt ULS at ATX hackerspace with the 5mm birch plywood I used Speed: 2.5%, Power 90% for the cuts and Speed 100%, Power: 65% for the etched logo. To finish it, I just lightly sanded all the pieces, drilled a hole in the flap and the front piece of the box for magnets to close and then glued everything together with woodglue. I ended up adding a washer to the magnet at the front as well to improve the closing strength and to make a nice Clack! when you close it.
