Lasercut Eurorack modular synth skiff case

This is a "skiff" rack case for Eurorack modular synthesizers. The case is made from 1/4" (6mm) plywood and [TipTop Z-Rails](https://www.perfectcircuit.com/tiptop-z-rails-pair.html) w/ [bracket](https://www.perfectcircuit.com/tiptop-audio-z-rails-brackets.html). The EPS cut files are for a 104hp wide case with an inner depth of 60mm. The included Fusion 360 CAD file has parameters for case width in "hp", inner case depth, and actual thickness of wood used (not all '1/4"' plywood is actually 0.25") Neither the cut files nor the CAD file has the "todbot" logo. Add whatever you want for yours! There are two cut files: "todbotskiff_longparts.eps" and "todbotskiff_shortparts.eps". The case can be made from just 5 pieces (everything in the "longparts" and the jigsaw-looking end caps in "shortparts") and you can screw the rails through the end caps as in the photo. Or you can cut the remaining 4 pieces in "shortparts" to give you two end cap covers and two internal brackets to help hold the rails while you screw them in. (You can leave the brackets in place but they reduce the usable depth at the edges. Once all your pieces are cut, apply glue to the one set of ends of all the long parts and slot them into one of the endcaps (see photo). Clamp and let set up. Then apply glue to other set of ends and slot the endcap onto them. After that, you may want to sand off the laser marks and give it some finish. I put on some wipe-on polyurethane finish.
