I always liked Escher's irregular tessellations but when I saw this picture with my new lazzzor eyes I thought WOW this is perfect it leaves no waste material :) Instructions Although it does not get rendered correctly by the thingiverse thumbnail generator the eps file contains the image (for rastering) and some vectors (for cutting) aligned on top of each other. Things to improve: Some of the vectors are redundant so they get cut twice. Some shapes don't separate perfectly so you'll have to cut them apart with a knive.
