It is designed for 1/8" material. So, it is probably best to use 3.2mm (1/8") wood. Ponoko charges $48 to make this. Instructions Lasercut all the pieces. Glue the 4 pieces in on the left together to form the outside enclosure. Glue the dividers together. Set the dividers into the enclosure. (optional) 5. Drill holes and attach a hinge, and secure the cover.
