Lasercutter Raster/Vector Settings Checker + Kerf Tester

Makes it easy to test and dial in your raster and vector mode settings when working with new materials or thicknesses on the laser cutter. It's also easy with this design to check the kerf (the amount of material that the laser removes in a cut) by slinging a caliper either inside the quarter-inch hole or on the quarter-inch tab, both of which are supposed to be exactly 1/4". The deviation from 1/4" represents 2x the kerf value, which has a slight bonus of making a more accurate figure from, if you're like me, your probably-not-so-stellar calipers. Once you have an idea of the kerf your laser cutter and your settings create, you can then resize things like box joinery in your designs in order to have exact snap-fits with each other, right out of the cutter!
