Will those lasercut wood parts stick together? No. In order to prevent this in the future I made this little Test. I expect the actual tolerance to be depending on the lasercutter but failed to find detailed information. So an experiment might enlighten the most, I thought.The FreeCAD and Step files seem to have lost the texts during conversion, I recommend the original SVG or PDF.
