Elements used for the Lasersaur project. v14.03http://www.lasersaur.com/ Laser tube 100W RESI, 80mm diam. These parts are made as replacement for aluminum part and extrusion assemblies who was not precise enough for me. As soon as I tight the screws, it always move a little bit and I had difficulties to calibrate the optics. I went form the design of xnaron but then It was too different to modify it so I start from scratch on Fusion360. The files could be download here http://a360.co/1PEIbkJ It could be cleaned but work well enough for now ^^ Next step is to edit the Y carts and try to fix the maximum of source of misalignment. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: 3DRAG Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Post-Printing Print 2 hangers and the one for mirror 1 I cleaned a bit the holes with a drill bit... you'll see if needed. Then I screw in place the parts and put just one layer of the rubber tape between tube and printed part. On the picture, we can see the old rubber tape, it was stuck too well and didn't come off. Tight the all thing with zip ties. Worked pretty well, the laser beam is now perfectly aligned with the frame.
