#Summary ==================== >Modify your Airsoft or whatever Blaster to look a bit like the iconic Lasrifles from the Franchise you all love. Because the Emperor Provides. ##Fitting --------------------- Since this is a one-for-all solution, minor adjustments might need to be made to fit to your exact specifications. Consider printing the parts in 100%, so as to avoid dealing unearthing holesw First measure the length of your rails and scale the length of the item along the longitudinal axis acordingly (!!! Turn OFF uniform scaling, you only want to stretch in one direction!!!) For the Top Cover, you can insert any tube of 16mm outer diameter. For those unable to acquire basic shapes, I included a version with tube. --------------------- ##In order to fit the parts to your rifles, keep the following tools handy: ###A heatgun or blow-dryer Should you have trouble sliding the part onto your rail, apply hot air on the backside (!) of the part and try again. ###A dremel tool 1. With Cutter Disk To cut out small elements that might otherwise interact with the geometry of your gun. 2. With rotary grinder to grind stuff off. (Shouldn't be necessary in most cases. ###Any other tools like rubber hammer, Hot Glue, Sandpaper etc... In my test case the parts slide onto the rails very solidly. If your experiences are different and the heatgun yields no satisfying effects, feel fry to apply glue, tape etc. --------------------- ##Related: Find the sleeve for the Muzzle Device here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5933098 >Long live the machine spirits.
