Latch Lock for Doors, Van

Hehyo A few years ago I designed a locking system for my friend's van. Now I've redesigned it so it doesn't lose itself and is more durable. The old ones didn't break and even lasted for several years when printed in PLA, but it was time to improve them! The design is suitable for wood with a thickness of 6.5 - 10 mm and holes with a diameter of 8 mm. Explanation of the parts: The levers have different lengths (from 6.5 - 10 mm). Choose the one that fits the thickness of your wooden boards. I used 6.5 mm multiplex wood for the trolley. In addition to the printed parts you will need one M4 cheese head screw and optionally one M4 nut per lock. Levers 6,5 & 7 mm: 25 mm M4 screw + knob M4 Levers 8,5 - 9,5 mm: 30 mm M4 screw + knob M4 Levers 7,5 , 8 & 10 mm: 30 mm M4 screw + knob M4 !!!big!! or you shorten the screws to approx. 28mm Buttons: you can choose between a printed thread or you can insert a M4 nut into the button during printing. The large knobs fit all lever models - the narrow ones may need shortened screws (as described above). Stop: If you need a stop to keep the lever in the closed position, you can mount this part with a 3 mm wood screw. I did not need it on my model (gravity pulls it down). Printing instructions: I printed the parts with ASA 0.2 mm layer height, 0.6 mm nozzle, 3- 4 perimeter and 25-50% infill. I have also designed a larger and slightly different version of this for larger doors. I will revise this design and upload it soon as well. Have fun and keep printing!
