Lathe Chip Deflector for Rockler Tools

This is a chip deflector for mounting to your lathe tools. This is specifically designed for mounting on the Rockler full sized carbide tools, so I apologize for the limited use. You need two M5 screws. One, an M5 x 12, is used as a set screw on the clamp to help secure it to the tool. The other (M5 x 20 with nut) is to connect the holder to the clamp. The angle of the holder is adjustable. The holder is designed for .04" plastic PET. I have both 8 x 10 and 4 x 6 from CalPalmy.com. The pictures have an 8 x 10 sheet in the holder. I am including the OpenSCAD file, and it is partially parameterized. I started for a full-on parameterized version, but then changed my mind on the design about 10 times and gave up as I made the various adjustments.
