Sometimes I clean-up or modify (FDM) 3D prints on a model makers lathe.. but sometimes the chuck jaws are set too far back to hold small parts. This addition fits over the jaws and enables clamping to the end of ~ 12mm* dia cylinders closer to the cutter blade. *Oct 2018, extra STLs with different cut-outs added, including small square parts (> or = 4mm). (chuck diameter, 35mm. jaw widths 3, 6, 10 & 12mm) Not everyone has a 4 jaw chuck.... The clamp for square profiles requires 3 different parts to be printed, these are labeled 4A, 4B & 4C. ("A" & "B" will hold the corners of a square, "C" presses against the opposite flat face).
